Routing the money, that you owe from the shopkeeper which is returned as candies, to charity

Idea: Provisioning the flow of petty cash to charity, which is to be returned to you in place of equivalent costing candies.

Explanation: Atleast in India, I am aware of a problem that when you buy something from shops, many shopkeepers don't return the full denomination of cash that you owe in return to a whole number denomination that you pay. Instead, candies for the equivalent cost are returned to you.
For instance, if I buy a book worth 87 units from a shop by paying 100 units currency, the shop keeper usually returns 10 units currency and for the rest 3 units, candies are given. This is becoming a usual trend and growing.

How this idea can impact you: In this idea, we somehow enable a system where in you force the shopkeeper to transfer the remaining quantity of money to charity needs, and not accept candies worth for the amount.

Feasibility: Will find it out

Purpose of the idea: Non-profit/Charity

Road ahead: To be decided
